As a former lawyer, Leslie is organized by nature and loves helping others stay on track and focused on what matters most. Always up for a puzzle, she likes using creative thinking to overcome obstacles. She strives to make people feel heard in what works best for them and lives for the moments of joy when someone feels comfortable and at peace in their space.

Bythewood

Senior Designer

Kristin loves to create a luxury lifestyle in our client's homes. She designs a space based on client's goals into something they can be proud to call home.

 

She believes in a “down to earth” approach to designing and working with clients that is comfortable and collaborative, but always professional and valuable.

Her Superpower is helping clients visualize their vision with her amazing rendering skills.

Her comprehensive design plans empower clients to move forward with a contractor and make decisions with confidence.

Mike joins our team as the Chief Operating Officer bringing his 25+ years of executive leadership to the Davinci team.

 

Mike's background is one in problem-solving, process efficiency and financial acumen.  Mike has an focus on putting the clients first and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

​​Interior decorating is not just a career for Anjana – it’s a passion. Anjana loves meeting interesting and eclectic people, and enjoys the variety of experiences a design career provides.

 

She also works to educate the client about what interior decorating involves. Helping people to feel as comfortable in workplaces as in their own homes is her primary goal. She strongly feels that right work environment is a key to the
productivity of any individual.

As a commercial interior decorator, Anjana’s main focus is complete satisfaction of the client.

 

Anjana works on projects of all sizes, from complete design services for 1000 square feet to above 100,000 square feet offices.

As a native New Yorker, one of his greatest attributes is providing clients with their dream home that reflects style, functionality, and a worldly elegance. His goal with every design is to delivery a world class design that feels comfortable, yet has a luxurious and timeless feel. 12+ years of residential & commercial design

Procurement & Logistics

Tamara "Tammy" is our purchasing guru that manages orders placed through our studio.  She ensures that our clients retrieve the correct customizations to purchases and facilitates timelines with manufacturers.  Her love language is all things Logistics, Asana & Excel spreadsheets.

 

She has an amazing capacity to keep our manufacturers accountable in order to provide a seamless experience for our clients.  When any delivery issues arise, she manages them with swift grace & determination.  She rectifies any deficiencies & keeps our clients informed of status updates. She handles the headaches, so you don't have to!

 

  • Education

    • BS, Psychology, FL Atlantic University + Telecommunications Univ. of FL

  • Prior Work Experience

    • 18 years at Motorola

      • Senior HR Consultant + EEO/AA Compliance Manager

    • 7 years as an interior design assistant

    • Skills: project management, effective communications, process improvement, cycle time reduction, defect resolution, record-keeping/documentation, systems, procurement, and sourcing

    • International travel – ~50 countries visited. Love to learn about other cultures, archeology and ancient ruins. Will go anywhere, anytime.

Experienced in sustainable and residential design, Ellora Clark enjoys providing clients with individualized designs that meet both their aesthetic and personal goals. Born in Brazil and raised in Hawaii, Ellora grew up exposed to varied cultures and architecture, which she believes should be preserved and appreciated.

Her preferences are for all things food related.  She motives our team by kisses and reminding us to always have fun. 

She has been known to be somewhat of a camera ham, avid boogie boarder and sworn enemy of the Roomba.
